Synopsis: In the latest 1313 film by cult director David DeCoteau, aliens from another world are abducting cute guys in their tighty whities.
Quick review: A friend of mine, Priyom Haider, is in this film (and the next 1313 film, due out this summer). The plot for this 1313 film is the same as for all the previous ones. Cute guys in their 20s walk around shirtless as something hunt them. Seen one, seen them all. The only reason to watch is because the guys are very cute and all have excellent bodies. The director spends a lot of time showcasing those bodies, in the shower, working out, in the pool, etc. It is best to view this film for what it is, cute guys in their underwear, and not for what it is not, for example, logical. If you look at it logically, you might wonder how this house that is the centerpiece of the 1313 series, ended up in Roswell, N.M.? Or, why the furnishings never change even when the owners do? Or, why would a group of college students from Colorado need to go to Roswell just to study? This version of the series involves an alien from outer space who is here to research the local population. She ends having the boys tied up in bed. I'm not sure why DeCoteau continues to make these 1313 films. They're all the same and despite the really hot guys, it gets boring watching a guy walk around for five minutes, even if all he is wearing is his underwear. Watch if for the parade of great pecs, but don't expect it to offer more than that.
