Broadway Damage

Synopsis: Best friends Marc and Robert search for love, usually in the wrong places, is this feel-good romantic comedy gay film from the mid-1990s.
Quick review: Marc needs a new place to live and asks his best friend Robert to help him find the perfect apartment. Very early on we learn Marc is willing to do just about anything to get the place he wants. Since Robert isn't ready to leave home yet, Marc asks his best gal pal Christina to move in with him. She's the typical fag hag of the 1990s, overweight and used primarily for comic relief. She's got rich parents on Long Island who are not ready for her to be on her own, and decide to cut her off from the family fortune until she moves home. Marc and Robert are both unemployed actors and it's not too hard to tell that Robert carries a rather large torch for his best friend. Marc thinks he might have met the perfect man in a neighbor. That's the basic set-up and it jouneys to the predictable ending I'm sure you have already written in your mind. Still, it's a fun journey with hot boys and some fun (note I didn't say funny) moments. It's a fun movie for a couple looking for a good date DVD.
