Daydream Obsession

Synopsis: Clayton is a closeted gay man who has feelings for his best friend. He lives in a house filled with young men and the only rule appears to be that they all take their clothes off as much as possible.
Quick review: There is nothing to recommend about this film. Nothing. Yes, it has nudity, but the director knew that was the only thing going for it, so you get nothing but five-minute scenes of a guy rubbing water, suntan lotion, soap, whatever all over his body. Now I enjoy looking at cute naked men as much as the next guy, but the scenes go on forever and you're quickly looking for the remote to fast forward to some action. And this film has none. Clayton decides all he needs to do to make Brian -- his best friend -- fall for him is to drug him, tie him up and then let him know how he feels. Say what? That's the logic behind this awful film. I had the feeling after watching it that a bunch of straight boys decided they could get rich by making a movie where they prance around naked and all the gay boys would eat it up. I suggest you pass on this one. (And if you really want to get pissed off, watch the alternate ending on the DVD. That alone will show you this filmmaker knows nothing of gay culture).
